Matthew Williamson for Macy's- Impulse

British designer Matthew Williamson launched a line, on April 13th at Macy's called IMPULSE. It is a 30 piece collection, including rompers, scarves, party dresses, and jackets with a price range from about 50$ for the dresses to 300$ for the jackets.

"The collection aims to capture the essence of the mainline brand, with a focus on effortless glamour; dynamic prints; loosely structured silhouettes, and pops of strong color," Williamson told WWD. But this isn't the only low-cost collection he's working at: he also currently designg Butterfly by Matthew Williamson, for Debenhams, a British department Store.

After the success of the H&M collaboration, here he is again with his crazy prints and flowy dresses. The designs were all extremely well thought of, as usual, the materials a little less, as it is macy's. The materials are rough and not as high level standrard as the MW for H&M, but the prints are fabulous. I guess Europeans really do do it better, eh?
